toppings of choice: avocado, beans, mango,cabbage, fresh salsa, mango salsa*, cilantro avocado dressing*, cilantro etc.
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Drizzle lime and sprinkle seasoning over salmon.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until done.
Break the salmon into chunks and serve over quinoa with toppings of choice.
