Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz salmon or fish of choice
  • 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp RealTaste Vida seasoning
  • 3 cups cooked quinoa brown rice, or cauliflower rice
  • toppings of choice: avocado, beans, mango,cabbage, fresh salsa, mango salsa*, cilantro avocado dressing*, cilantro etc.

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Drizzle lime and sprinkle seasoning over salmon.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until done.
  • Break the salmon into chunks and serve over quinoa with toppings of choice.
