Fish Taco Bowl

Ingredients
- 8 oz salmon or fish of choice
- 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp RealTaste Vida seasoning
- 3 cups cooked quinoa brown rice, or cauliflower rice
- toppings of choice: avocado, beans, mango,cabbage, fresh salsa, mango salsa*, cilantro avocado dressing*, cilantro etc.
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Drizzle lime and sprinkle seasoning over salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until done.
- Break the salmon into chunks and serve over quinoa with toppings of choice.
