Ranch Potatoes

  • 1 lb potatoes about 3, medium
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or fat of choice
  • 1 tbsp RealTaste Hope seasoning or to taste
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar optional


  • Heat oven to 425.
  • Dice unpeeled potatoes in cubes.
  • Place diced potatoes on a baking sheet.
  • Toss with oil, seasoning and vinegar.
  • Roast for 25 minutes, or until done.
  • Eat as a warm side dish, or cold on a salad or grain bowl.
  • Store covered in the fridge for up to a week.
