Roast Cauliflower

I think my kids like this almost as much as popcorn. It's a delicious kid-friendly side dish.

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or fat of choice
  • 1 tbsp RealTaste Hope seasoning or to taste; substitute Nurture or Amore


  • Heat oven to 425.
  • Cut cauliflower into bite-size floretes.
  • Place cauliflower out on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Toss with oil and seasoning. Spread out evenly.
  • Roast for 25 minutes, or until done.
