Roast Cauliflower
I think my kids like this almost as much as popcorn. It's a delicious kid-friendly side dish.

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil or fat of choice
- 1 tbsp RealTaste Hope seasoning or to taste; substitute Nurture or Amore
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425.
- Cut cauliflower into bite-size floretes.
- Place cauliflower out on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Toss with oil and seasoning. Spread out evenly.
- Roast for 25 minutes, or until done.
