*Curry Marinade

This marinade is yummy on baked or grilled chicken.

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp RealTaste Care curry powder or to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste


  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Store covered in the fridge for up to a month.
  • If the olive oil solidifies in the fridge, run the bottle under cold water, gradually increasing to hot. If the oil is still clumpy, set the jar in a small bowl with warm water for a minute or two.
