This marinade is yummy on baked or grilled chicken.
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp RealTaste Care curry powder or to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
- Mix ingredients together.
- Store covered in the fridge for up to a month.
- If the olive oil solidifies in the fridge, run the bottle under cold water, gradually increasing to hot. If the oil is still clumpy, set the jar in a small bowl with warm water for a minute or two.
