This marinade is yummy on baked or grilled chicken.

or to taste

olive oil

dijon mustard

Instructions
Mix ingredients together.
Store covered in the fridge for up to a month.
If the olive oil solidifies in the fridge, run the bottle under cold water, gradually increasing to hot. If the oil is still clumpy, set the jar in a small bowl with warm water for a minute or two.
