Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp RealTaste Peace seasoning or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
