Banana Nut Milk
This is a kid favorite and a great post-workout drink.
- 1 cup milk
- 1 banana fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp RealTaste Peace seasoning or to taste
- Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
